Blue Bowl Concentrator

Blue Bowl Concentrator
Of all the black sand and fine gold separation methods, the Blue Bowl will save the finest gold without resorting to mercury or other chemicals. In the past it was called the D.A.M. Bowl but Pioneer Mining in Auburn, CA aquired the patents and the molds and now it's just called the Blue Bowl. They work best with materal that has been screened through a 30 mesh screen but with material between 20 and 30 mesh also works good. It has been our experiance that there is a learning process you must go through to properly master the blue bowl. After getting your material classified down and setting your water pressure, which is very touchy, Too much pressure and your gold go's out the center hole and too little pressure your material wou'nt seperate, but you will quickly adapt. Seeing the gold in the bottom of your bowl is a thrill every time.
